This little illustration is an original painting made with watercolour, ink and pencil on card. The paper size is Approx 15.5 x 16cm.

About this drawing: For the later part of 2019, I was drawing daily guinea pigs (and sometimes other creatures) as part of my 'Daily Guinea' project which has proved very popular. People enjoy seeing the little faces I create each day both on my social media pages and on this website - and I absolutely love painting them! I have continued this in to 2020 to include all the creatures under the sun! Tonight i was thinking about hugs - and how lovely it'll be to give everybody a great big squeeze when all this is over. Hugs mean sloths, and here is the sweetest moment between a mummy and baby sloth. If this one doesn't sell I'm keeping it to put above my smallest boys bed. If it does, I'll be happy to know somebody out there is going to receive a cuddle in the post some day very soon...

Daily Drawings: I initially started making a little drawing every day as it seemed that there was more and more paperwork to do and some days I wasn't managing to do any drawing at all. Completing one little illustration a day made me feel like I had achieved something creative and lifted my spirits. I receive messages from all over the world saying the drawings are lifting spirits across the globe too, which is just lovely!

My 'Daily Drawings' drawings are very different to the paintings I exhibit in my exhibitions in galleries. If you are looking for a larger piece please have a look through my available work here. or email me for information.

This picture is currently unframed and I will carefully pack it and will post it to you in a hard envelope. I can post worldwide. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (within the UK).

This is an original piece of artwork, once it’s gone - it’s gone...
