Meet Richard the Fish!
'My Pet Goldfish' is published by Walker Books and has been a wonderful project for me as it has allowed me to indulge my passion for goldfish! I absolutely love these fascinating creatures and have had one as a pet for most of my life! The book is a lovely story about a little girl and her pet goldfish but you will also find lots of fascinating fish facts in there, plus hints and tips as to what you need if you would like a goldfish as a pet!
Richard and his friends are fantastic to paint and their colours make it a very bright and cheery book to read. I do hope you enjoy it and that it will inspire many youngsters to look closely next time they see a goldfish and understand more about their watery world!
