ONLINE ORDER

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for an artwork commission or personalised book signing, for example), if you contact us directly. NEWSLETTER

If you sign up to my newsletter, your contact details will be stored with MailChimp, which I use to send all promotional emails. Our mailing list emails are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/).

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. In particular we collect it for the following reasons:

  • To fulfil your order. We may get in touch with you by email or phone if we have questions regarding your order (such as confirmation of personalisation or commission details).
