The Magic Feather - a new book with Julia Donaldson

I’m so excited that my next book with Julia Donaldson, The Magic Feather, is now out in the world.

This is a story that felt very special from the very beginning. Julia’s words have such a gentle magic to them, and it was an absolute joy to step into that world and bring it to life through the artwork. It’s full of birds, movement, and a sense of wonder that I loved exploring on the page.

The Magic Feather follows a young girl who discovers she can understand the language of birds, and finds herself drawn into their world in a way she never expected. It’s a story about listening, courage, and the quiet magic that can be found all around us.

Working with Julia again has been such a treat. After The Go-Away Bird and The Bowerbird, it felt really special to come together for another story, and I’m so proud of what we’ve made.
