Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, although we may use a courier for larger or special deliveries, or at particularly busy times.

UK delivery prices:

Cards only (maximum 3) – £1.50 (Royal Mail Standard Letter)
Books and cards – from £2.95, depending on the size and weight of your order
Digital prints – £5.95 (Royal Mail Signed For)
Original artwork – £20.00 (Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed)

Delivery to Europe (International Tracked):

£10 for orders up to 1kg
£15 for orders over 1kg

Delivery to Rest of World (International Tracked):

£15 for orders up to 1kg
£22.50 for orders over 1kg

Customs & Import Charges

International orders, including those within the EU, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees on arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to us because customs or import charges have not been paid, we do not automatically issue a refund and we will not resend the order free of charge.

If you would like a returned order to be resent, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery, together with any return charges, customs fees or other costs incurred by us.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains artwork or digital prints. We use the most appropriate packaging to ensure your items reach you safely. Artwork is usually sent in sturdy postal tubes, while books and cards are packed flat.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy periods such as Christmas.
