'Two Bears' - Original Illustration from Five Bears
Two Bears is a unique, one-of-a-kind original painting from Catherine Rayner’s picture book Five Bears, a tender story of friendship and acceptance for young children. In the book, Bear is walking through the forest when he meets another bear. At first they seem very different, but as the bears wander together and meet more along the way, they realise they may not be so different after all - and perhaps they can be friends.
This hand-painted illustration shows two of the bears from the story, created in acrylic and watercolour. It is the only original version of this artwork, making it a very special opportunity for collectors of children’s book art.
