This is a unique, one-of-a-kind original illustration of Augustus the tiger, from Catherine Rayner’s award-winning picture book Augustus and His Smile. The story follows Augustus on a joyful journey as he discovers that happiness can be found all around him.
This hand-drawn and painted illustration was created with pencil, ink, acrylic and watercolour in Catherine Rayner’s Edinburgh studio. It is the only original version of this artwork, making it a rare and very special opportunity for collectors of children’s book art and original picture book illustrations.
