'Arlo the Lion who Couldn't Sleep' has been nominated for several awards recently which makes me so happy - he is one of my favourite characters so I am delighted that so many children are enjoying him and his story! To celebrate, I wanted to show you a little video that I made recently of me drawing Arlo from start to finish - including some fun painting!

I recently partnered with Simsons Special Care Babies - the charity that supports parents with babies in the Special Care Baby unit at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. I am so delighted to have a large exhibition at the beautiful Nunnington Hall this summer. Located in my native Yorkshire, Nunnington Hall is a National Trust property and is a fantastic spot to visit. The exhibition will be accompanied by activities based around my books to create a super family day out. I hope to see you there!

 Very exciting news released on 18th March - my latest book "ARLO, The lion who couldn't sleep" has been shortlisted for the hugely prestigious CILIP Kate Greenway medal!
